We aim to respond to press inquiries within one business day. Same-day deadlines are met when possible, say so up front. Family witnesses and recorded testimony are available with consent and de-identification.

Interview protocol & ground rules
- 01On-record scope. Project leads speak on the record about the cohort-level facts, the policy, and the record. Individual family details are on-record only with that family’s consent.
- 02The minor is never included. No minor child is named, shown, or made identifiable, full firewall policy →
- 03No case-specific comment during active litigation. We link only what is already public and publish no case, court, or file numbers, full firewall policy →
